At Speech Tools, customer satisfaction is our priority. Refunds and returns will be processed under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund/Replacement

  1. Unopened & Unused Product
    • The product must be unopened and unused.
    • Customers must contact us within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Order Not Delivered
    • If your order has not been delivered within 10 days from the date of purchase*.
  3. Damaged in Transit
    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
    • After verification, a replacement will be dispatched promptly.
  4. Wrong or Defective Product Received
    • If you receive an incorrect or defective product, notify us immediately.
    • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at the earliest.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • If none of the above conditions apply, customers may still return the product, but:
    • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
    • For orders below ₹499, original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Products must be returned in original condition.
  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on payment method.

Delivery timelines apply under normal operating conditions. Delays may occur due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, lockdowns, or other force majeure situations.
