This Shipping Policy outlines the terms for domestic and international shipping of products purchased from Speech Tools.

1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Order Processing

  • Orders are dispatched within 1 working day under normal conditions.
  • Delays may occur due to lockdowns, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Zone A (Delhi NCR): 2 Working Days
  • Zone B (U.P., Haryana): 3 Working Days
  • Zone C (Rest of India, except North East): 5 Working Days
  • Zone D (North East States): 7 Working Days

(Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.)

Returns & Cancellation (Domestic)

  • Before dispatch: Full refund.
  • After dispatch: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Product must be returned at customer’s cost.
  • Used products are not accepted.
  • Products must be returned with the PPS (Product Protection Sticker) intact.
  • Opened but unused products are eligible for exchange only (no refund). Shipping charges apply.

2. International Shipping

Order Processing

  • Orders are dispatched within 1 working day (subject to customs and external delays).

Shipping Charges

≤ 0.5 KG: ₹1800 – ₹3200 (depending on zone)
> 0.5 KG: ₹2700 – ₹4800 (depending on zone)

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery: 7–20 Working Days depending on destination zone.

Cancellation (International)

  • Before dispatch: Full refund.
  • After dispatch: No cancellation or refund allowed.

Packaging & Authenticity

  • All products undergo quality checks before dispatch.
  • Secure packaging is ensured.
  • Please verify the hologram for product authenticity upon delivery.
